Sony Online Entertainment Drops Price for All-You-Can-Play Plan
Unlike real cheap buffets, this one is less likely to result in diarrhea.
Sony Online Entertainment has decided to drop ten bucks off of its Station Pass, a pass that allows a player to access multiple Sony-owned MMOs without multiple monthly fees, to $19.99 a month. Included pay-to-play MMOs are: Everquest, Everquest II, Star Wars Galaxies, DC Universe Online (PC version only), Vanguard, and PlanetSide. The Station Pass also includes subscription level access to any of these free-to-play MMOs: Everquest II: Extended (Gold Membership), Free Realms (Member status), Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures (Member status), and Pirates of Burning Sea (Captain’s Club).
Please note that access to any of the included pay-to-play titles will still require a retail purchase, so those wishing to play Star Wars Galaxies before it shuts down for good in December will still need to find a copy.
