It is a sad day, Harold Ramis passed today at the age of 69
Ghostbusters. Stripes. Caddyshack. Groundhog Day. Animal House. Meatballs.
These are just some from the Tip of the Iceberg that was his career. He’s had such a lasting and great impact in comedy and has created some of the most Iconic movies of all time. Ramis, a longtime North Shore (Chicago) resident, was surrounded by family when he died at 12:53 a.m. from complications of autoimmune inflammatory vasculitis, a rare disease that involves swelling of the blood vessels, his wife Erica Mann Ramis said.
He will be missed. Let us take the time to remember him and may you go watch as many of his movies as you can within the next few days. They will being your immense joy.
