First Real Portal 2 DLC Emerges
No, Valve didn’t go back on their promise to provide the first DLC pack free on all systems (that pack is still on its way). This PC-exclusive DLC is reportedly made by Sixense, which you may recognize as the name Razer gave to the technology behind their Hydra motion controller. This ten-level DLC was designed specifically for use with the Hydra controller, which can conveniently be bought right through Valve, but you’ll probably never see it unless you have 140 dollars burning a hole in your pocket.
It’s a pity the rest of us will never play these levels, because they’re pushing the technology behind Portal 2 to its limits on this one. See that bridge object in the picture? That was originally a cube.
