A Small Step For Virtual Man: Explore The Moon In Google Earth
Google Earth is a useful tool, offering many features for exploring/stalking the Earth and more recently that was expanded to the stars and Mars. (Hell there’s even a flight simulator for Earth). Well to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the moon landings (IT’S A CONSPIRACY OH MY GOD), Google have put the Moon in Google Earth. (Or should that be Google Solar System now?) Offering most of the functionalities that you can get for Earth and Mars. The best feature seems to be that you can go to visit all of the Apollo missions and even learn about some of them through a guided tour. It’s a nice way of Google celebrating the landings and with Google Earth being free, you can’t really complain.
