VIZ Media Announces the Simultaneous Launch of Boys Over Flowers Season 2
VIZ Media has announced the simultaneous free digital launch for Boys Over Flowers Season 2 on February 14, 2015. This new series marks the return of creator Yoko Kamio to her shojo manga drama about the students at the elite Eitoku Academy. Boys Over Flowers Season 2 is set two years after the legendary F4 group graduated, and it follows the next generation of characters at the academy.
In Japan, Shueisha will launch a special free, bi-weekly digital serialization of the new Boys Over Flowers manga series via its Jump+ manga platform beginning on February 15, 2015. VIZ Media will also feature each new chapter in English for free digitally and simultaneously with its Japanese debut on the VIZManga platform.
Chapters of Boys Over Flowers Season 2 will also be available through the ComiXology digital platform and for the Amazon Kindle.
The English edition of Weekly Shonen Jump will feature the first three chapters of Boys Over Flowers Season 2 as part of the digital publication’s Jump Start initiative, starting with the February 16, 2015 issue. Weekly Shonen Jump is available in North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

VIZ Media published the original 36-volume Boys Over Flowers manga in English as well as the Boys Over Flowers: Jewelry Box series epilogue. Boys Over Flowers drew wide acclaim for its story about a working class student trying to fit in at an elite boarding school.
