Ever the literature buffs, The Decemberists’ just released video for “Calamity Song“, a song somewhat influenced by the David Foster Wallace novel Infinite Jest (also available on Kindle, Nook, and Google Books for you eReader types). The music video was directed by Parks and Recreation co-creator Michael Schur, who himself is a huge fan of the book, basing the video off of the tennis court wargame Eschaton invented by Wallace. What we get is four minutes of entertaining social commentary.
