I have a lot of history with the quirky pop band They Might Be Giants. Their second and in my opinion most popular album Flood was the first cassette tape I went down to the mall specifically to buy (who remembers Musicland and Sam Goody?).

They Might Be Giants is unquestionably my favorite band of all time, and while it’s been fun watching them appeal to the next generation with their string of wildly popular kid’s albums, it’s about time that they got back to doing what they do best: writing upbeat, genre-smashing songs about the most depressing topics possible.
