Team Fortress 2 is Now Free-To-Play; Hats All of a Sudden Make Sense

I could have said that I called it, but I didn’t see it coming. Valve has announced today that Team Fortress 2 now full of BR’s Free-To-Play.

Nearly four years on and Valve are still heavily supporting Team Fortress 2. Starting Thursday the game is getting its “Biggest, Most Amibitious” update yet.

In some awesome news, Valve has managed to raise over $300,000 for the American Red Cross’s Japanese relief fund through the Team Fortress 2 community buying virtual hats.

Well damn, looks like it wasn’t rumor or speculation at all. Turns out that it’s completely true! The guys over at Valve have been sending assets over to MacRumors this whole week teasing them about the whole “will they or won’t they” game that we all used as children to torture others. This is surprisingly good news for all of the people who own Macs and want to use them to play games on...

Videogame Art – James Barnetts Fauxvism
