Semi-official confirmation has been made that Planet of the Apes part 2 is moving forward. The confirmation came in the form of Andy Serkis signing on for another film in the series.
Can I summarize Rise of the Planet of the Apes in a Haiku?
I know this is only some 4 minutes of the movie, but if that keep this vibe throughout it’s going to be incredibly different than any other Apes movie before it.
And you lucky folks can watch it anywhere thanks to the magic powers of the Internet. Warning, it pretty much reveals the outline of the film.
You should know by now that here at WPR, you love our damn dirty apes, except the ones that Tim Burton molested.
I’m pro-ape in just about any decision where that’s an option, especially when it’s a modern version of a Planet of the Apes film…the one done by Tim Burton doesn’t count.
