Vanquish, Now With 100% Less Multiplayer

by under PLAY on Mar 5th
For some unexplained reason, over the last couple of years…the idea of Multiplayer games just really soured my experiences with any game I was thinking of getting. Therefore, anytime a game that comes and shuns the industry standard of MP first, SP experiences second, I’m immediately interested. Vanquish just might be the game I’ve been waiting for when it comes to 3rd Person Shooters.

Naughty Dog Shares ‘Goldrush’

by under PLAY on Jul 23rd
Much thanks to Naughty Dog for showing us some more love in the form of one of Uncharted 2′s multi-player functions. I know me and Ryan are the two resident PS3 fanboys here on the website, but god-damn this game is shaping up to be one of the coolest that the PS3 has to offer. If it’s half as engaging as the first it’ll still be a blast to play.

Local Multiplayer is Life, Not Just for Offline

by under PLAY on Sep 5th
Multiplayer, it’s been a staple of gaming ever since Pong was released way back in 1972. It’s simple, a number of players, usually up to 4, can play together in a game or against each other.  Thinking of many of the recent great games and they’ll likely have multiplayer. Originally to use multiplayer you needed real life friends to play with, which could lead to arguments or feelings of accomplishment,...
