I can’t play it off, I had no idea who Kyary Pamyu Pamyu was until the Internet found her Tsukematsukeru song and championed her message of false eyelashes and guys dancing in lion suits. However, before that single arrived, she had another EP that I needed to ingest with the quickness.

In case you’re wondering, it’s vocaloids again today. This one has quickly become my favorite track on the Hatsune Miku 39′s Giving Day album. I really think I’ve got a fixation problem because I literally haven’t listened to any other songs on my iPhone since I downloaded it.

I’m rather new to the Vocaloid scene that’s been ongoing in Japan for what seems like years now. I never thought I’d be the kind of person that would fall for virtual idols like this. But there’s the weeaboo inside of me that thinks that characters like this are just the first step to a Sharon Apple being developed (makes sense if you know Macross Plus).
