Gran Turismo 5 Intro Leaked

It may not be as epic as the intro for the previous game (sorry, Panama by Van Halen is awesome), but here it be. The new intro movie for Gran Turismo 5. Sorry everyone, it’s a cam version until someone decides to put up a better version.

I’m seriously getting pissed off by Yamauchi-san when it comes to this game…I was fully hoping that this game would finally be in my hands in the next couple of weeks (since it was announced for its November-ish release date). Turns out that I’ll have to buy other stuff to keep me entertained in the interim.

I CAN’T STAND IT, hurry the F*** up and release this game already Sony! Seriously, it’s been years and years of pushing and prodding for us to get to this point, but it’s almost upon us and it looks gorgeous.

I’ll be nice this time around and give you one before the jump. First up…the go kart racing demo that to the untrained eye, just looks like a bunch of grown men turning right far too often. But if you’re a fan of karting then you should know that these guys are travelling at ludicrious speeds while being only inches from the tarmac, and I won’t even go into the fact that most karts don’t... 

Polyphony Digital, Just Release the Damned Game!

I can’t get mad at you because I know that I’m going to be playing this game for MONTHS after it finally comes out, but please, for the love of Crom…we’ve been teased to death! It’s time to quietly shut up about details and videos like the one above and get onto the process of actually making a real game for us to play on our PS3s. GT5 + NASCAR, My Nightmare

If you hadn’t noticed, it seems that the guys at Polyphony Digital can’t seem to settle on just what exactly Gran Turismo 5 is supposed to be. Today, it’s been announced that there will be a NASCAR mode included in the final game when it’s released SOMETIME this year, maybe.  

GT5 vs Real-Life

Well, I’ve been sold on this game since they first announced that it’d be coming out, but here we are, nearly 5 years into the PS3 lifecycle and we’ve still not received our Gran Turismo. Holy hell, the PSP has only recently gotten their version and that’s been out much longer than the PS3.
