It’s been quite some time since we last checked in with THQ and their progress on the Games Workshop inspired third-person shooter.

When I first heard that we were getting “Space Marine The Game” I thought it was go ing ot be some watered down “Hur durr Gers of Wo” style game, but when I heard that THQ and Relic were working on the it and that’s when I had to find a change of pants.

After the Space Marines of the Imperium, namely the Dark Angels chapter, I’d have to say that my second favorite army to field would have to be the Eldar. It’s true that they’re essentially elves in space, but damnit they have some of the most unique units and some of the richest lore in the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

I’ve said it numerous times throughout this website’s meager existence, that when the Warhammer 40,000 MMO comes out from THQ and Vigil Games, that my life would officially be over. Today, I’ve discovered that this is fact…because the trailer from Gamescom just gave me a chub.  

WAAAAAGH! Space Orks in Dawn of War II Retribution

I just had a nerdgasm. Relic and THQ announced at Gamescom yesterday that the in the next expansion of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II series, sub-titled “Retribution”, will finally feature playable armies other than the boring ass Space Marines in the single player campaign, and up first are one of my favorite races…Space Orks!  

The End of my Life, Revealed at E3?

In case you’ve missed it, I’ve been fapping over the fact that Vigil games has been working on a Warhammer 40,000 MMO for over a year now. It seems that we will finally get our chance to see what they’ve been working on for the past couple of years, at this year’s E3. According to the boss over there, Brian Farrell they will be doing a “full unveil”. This means to me that the guys...

I love my wife dearly, but she’d better get ready to file the divorce papers right now, cause I will officially have no life when this game comes out. All of us Games Workshop nerds who used to play this game on tabletop terrain tables in the back corners of smelly comic shops will finally have our vindication as they demo the MMO version of Warhammer 40,000 this year at E3!
