BOOM! Comics has made a name for itself in the past five years (five!).  Last year they snagged the Disney license (before the Marvel merger) and published what may have been the most talked about super-hero comic book of the year:  Irredeemable. Something you may not have noticed is that for they have also been steadily publishing Cthulhu comics.  The Calling: Cthulhu Chronicles is the latest title.

HP Lovecraft + Comedy = The Last Lovecraft: The Relic of Cthulhu

Oh my…it seems that someone has finally made a movie that I could have never imagined being created. Yes, a road trip comedy featuring characters from the HP Lovecraft universe…and it’s actually set to come out on the big screen thanks to Dark Sky, sometime later this year. I can only hope that the movie shows us all the face of Chthulhu so the entire audience can die of fright. Day one, my ass in the...
