Codebreakers #4

Codebreakers #4

Codebreakers #4 is the final issue in this miniseries by BOOM!.  As you may guess from the title, the story revolves around analysts for the CIA.  They are not all number crunchers though, and that helps make this geeks as heroes titles more interesting.

Pale Horse #2

Pale Horse #2

BOOM! has done it to me again.  I found out that Pale Horse #2 came out last week with no advance warning.  I still do not know if this is a mini-series or an ongoing title… However, I am along for the ride.  (Get it?  Western title?  Horses?  Ride?)

Cold Space #3

Everyone loves Samuel L. Jackson, right? I believe that is the reason that BOOM! decided it could publish Cold Space created by Samuel L. Jackson and Eric Calderon.  Doesn’t that guy on the cover look like Samuel L. Jackson?

Irredeemable #15

Irredeemable #15

I said earlier that Incorruptible had moved past Irredeemable on my scale of favorites.  My issues with Irredeemable include the sprawling plot and the many characters.  However, these are not, inherently bad things.  This is still a good comic. I am wondering if I should just have kept reading it in trade paperback format so […]

Incorruptible #7

Incorruptible #7

However, seven issues in, I find myself liking Incorruptible more than Irredeemable for another area where they are […]
