Noah Gets A New Movie Poster, And He Doesn’t Look Happy About It

Don’t mess with a Roman general turned gladiator, turned boat maker….

A few months ago WPR brought you your first look at the trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s biblical epic Noah, now today Paramount has just released the final new poster for it, and I have to say, it looks fairly ominous. A bearded Noah getting soaked by rain, looking like a gladiator holding an axe, with a storm brewing in the background….like I said, ominous. This is a much more aggressive image than the first poster released months ago of Noah holding a staff, staring at the oncoming flood. With the movie only a couple months away, it clearly looks like the studio wants to show that this isn’t just a boring Bible story. I guess we’ll find out soon enough if this strategy pays off, but I for one am digging the new look. Also look for a new trailer to debut during the Super Bowl. Check out the new poster below and let us know what you think? Will you be checking out this apocalyptic story from the bible, or will you being staying out of this storm? Sound off below!!
