Eating Vegetables Makes You Attractive, According to Science
Scientists have conducted experiments to see what kind of skin tones we like better. They tested both ones that were “sun tanned” or traditionally widely known as “attactive” as well as those skin types based more on eating vegetables here is what they found out.
According to Dr. Stephen of the University of Nottingham:
“We found that, given the choice between skin colour caused by suntan and skin colour caused by carotenoids, people preferred the carotenoid skin colour, so if you want a healthier and more attractive skin colour, you are better off eating a healthy diet with plenty of fruit and vegetables than lying in the sun.”
So, not only are vegetables good for your insides, they also effect how you are perceived on the outside as well. Looks like that salad just got a lot more appealing then my PB&J. It also makes a lot of sense. I seemed to have much better looking skin when I was eating a lot of veggies every week rather than hanging out in the sun.
