Box Office Report April 4-6

Decrease Font Size Increase Font Size Text Size Print This Page

This weeks Box Office Report, A 96 year old solder is more popular than a 500 year old boat builder.  Captain America: Winter Solder broke a few records, and trounced the competition.  I mean it absolutely destroyed everything.  The weekend gross for Captain America is more than the next 20 films combined.
In other news, Frozen has broken the top ten on the All Time Worldwide Box Office Gross list.  Currently sitting at number nine it is the highest grossing (unadjusted) animated film of all time.  Sitting at the number nine spot it has passed The Dark Knight Rises, and is only $11 million behind Skyfall, and still rising.
