That’s right kids, the long awaited announcement for the next series in the beloved Persona series has finally happened. Atlus announced the game tonight on a live stream in multiple Japanese cities and around the world on NicoNico. They also announced several new Persona titles as well.

After years of rumors, Atlus finally showed us that yes, they are working on Persona 5. The game has been long rumored to be in production, but until now Atlus has kept their lips tight. While this trailer doesn’t show us much information about the game itself, it did announced that the game will be a PS3 exclusive. You can check out the trailer below:

Next up is a 3DS exclusive crossover dungeon crawler in the style of Etrian Odyssey called PersonaQ: Shadow of the Labyrinth. It will feature characters from Persona 3 and Persona 4, while also having some original characters as well. The art style features cartoony chibi versions of the characters fighting through first-person dungeons. The game is being developed by the Etrian Odyssey team, and will release on June 6th in Japan; no word on a US release yet. Check out the trailer below:

The other new title announced is Persona 4: Dancing All Night. This is a rhythm dancing game in the style of SEGA’s popular Project Diva games. P4D will be a PSVita exclusive. Not much information was given other than a short trailer, which you can check out below:

Finally, a brand new trailer for Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold (yes, that is its real name) was shown, confirming rumors that Adachi will be a playable character. The game is an upgrade-esque sequel to last year’s amazing fighter Persona 4: Ultimate. The game will be coming out on Xbox 360 and PS3.
